| Dana C. Twombly From birth through early adulthood, Dana grew up traveling the globe. She has lived in Africa, South America, Malaysia, and the Middle East, and spent 9 years studying at the Royal Ballet School in London, England. Now, as "Mom" to four children (two of whom are graduates of Austin High, and are currently in college) she truly understands the importance of a home and a community. A graduate of the University of Texas, and an Austin resident for 22 years, Dana serves as the President of the Eastwoods Neighborhood Association. This role has kept her deeply involved in the Central Austin Neighborhood Planning process, and has given her extensive knowledge and experience with city zoning ordinances and neighborhood planning issues; unique professional qualities that many of her clients and colleagues have come to appreciate highly. Dana is also an active member of the Parents Association at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, where she has another child in middle-school. As co-chair of both the Bus Committee and the silent auction committee for the Spring Swing fund-raising event, she brings a strong work-ethic, a willingness to tackle any challenge, and a good sense of humor to everything she does. "I’ve always enjoyed solving puzzles," Dana says. "I love to learn as much as I can about any given situation, and then come up with creative solutions that others may not see initially. I really enjoy getting to know my clients well, and I take pride in my willingness to negotiate complex and challenging situations on their behalf." Dana’s tenacity, her knowledge of Austin real estate, and her genuine interest in getting the best possible results for her clients make her an ideal person to help you in buying or selling your home. What some of her clients say: "Dana is attentive and concerned with all she does. We are very lucky to find such an excellent resource for an agent." Desiree Kane "Dana has a very calm and composed demeanor, but when it comes to negotiating she is firm and resolute." Jason Deal
